I've always had fun when I go to Singapore.
I love visiting my friends and do all the stuff that I like.
This time, I was there for a week. A week. What did I do for a week? Oh Plenty.
I love the Singapore National Library. It's so Amazing. It is indeed a very cool place to hang out. *nerd*... Hehe...
Taken from the inside of the library.
Gosh! Free locker for you to use in the library, not bad leh the services here, even the toilets looked swanky but paiseh to take photos in the toilet like some dungu from kampung.Hahaaaaaa...
The library amongst the charming old buildings.
Since my trip coincide with the da:ns Festival, I was lucky enough to catch 2 shows -Spanish Flamenco and Russian Ballet. :) *love love love love*
Oh, another not to be missed is the Singapore National Art Museum - SAM.
We're not supposed to take photos in the museum, but this is such a charming corridor.
Bronze statues outside the museum.
8Q is another building around the block from SAM, my favourites were Tools (no photos available) and Masriadi.
The Bienalle 2008 happens to be in Singapore this year. Haha...how can I missed it right?
Never knew I liked cooking so much, but when you're overwhelmed by an amazing kitchen, amazing ingredient supplies and amazing friends who enjoy your food, why not? :)
My friend loves roasting vegetables, this is a combo of her roasted vegetables and my mushroom+olive pasta. Yum..
A simple balsamic dressing salad with apples.
Walla! A dinner for 3.
The next morning, we had a this sudden craving for big breakfast! So we did it ourselves.
I've always wanted a meatless diet. Down the drain it goes... Look at the BACON and PORK SAUSAGES! *Drool*
Not forgetting the scramble eggs, the tomatoes, the baked beans, and the garlic bread! And also a good cup of English Breakfast Tea.
Yumm...the perfect breakfast!
Then it was the host's birthday! So all I can do is contributing in cooking a birthday meal.
I hope birthday boy likes his food! :)
The inviting kitchen and the wonderful hostess.
The experimental ribs that looks yummy in the oven but turned out a little bit overcooked and dry... Haha.
The birthday meal -roasted vege pasta, potatoes, ribs, salad and drunken prawns.
The must have yummylicious ice-cream cake.
And a witchcraft ceremony to end it with! :)

I so get you abt the kitchen being the source of inspiration to cook.. Sis alwis complains abt our tiny, cramped kitchen.
